This project features:

• A six star eco-tourism resort for 600 guests
• A 350 berth marina with two super yacht berths
• A gated residential community with 320 private, secluded sites,
• A four star family resort and village hub
• A luxury grey nomad park and facilities

Upon completion, over 85% of this 2,380 acre site will be retained as natural habitat and forest, protected in perpetuity by a covenant agreement with the State Government.

Master Planning for this exciting project will commence in April 2020 and is expected to take twelve months.
