A mixed self-sustaining community with a difference!

This project is creating a rural lifestyle opportunity for up to 70 high care residents requiring continuous monitoring and support.

The project will also incorporate a full 24/7 medical facility with ancillary health care services, ambulance station and high care vehicle transportation options, which will also provide medical services to surrounding areas.

Short term accommodation units will also be included allowing whole families to visit loved ones and stay on site for longer periods. The development approval is expected by March 2019.

Infrastructure to be provided will include:

• State of the art sewerage treatment and water recycling solutions
• Solar power and battery storage facilities with grid back-up
• Secure, high speed internet and communication solutions
• 24 hr Ambulance station, community EVs and charge stations
• Common food gardens and orchards
