Periurban Property Developments was established in 2012 to focus on the delivery of sustainable solutions for land holdings normally outside of urban planning areas. The greater majority of these land holdings will be zoned “Rural” or “Special Purpose”.
Periurban has significant experience in designing bespoke solutions for land holders and investors alike.
We have experience in driving changes to government legislation and guidelines in order to permit more creative and sustainable development models than are traditionally contemplated. Our projects include self-sustainable communities through to large scale renewable energy projects, involving development applications and approval processes across all levels of government.
