Periurban Property Development (PPD) is proud to announce our affiliation with SOLADRIVE Pty Ltd.
Moving forward, the founders of PPD have been appointed to, and will be responsible for, creating growth opportunities for SOLADRIVE across a range of commercial client markets including:
- Commercial office space
- Industrial sites
- Health and education facilities
- Retirement and lifestyle villages and resorts
- Local government
- Hotel accommodation and resorts
- Mining and quarry sites (Hydrodrive solutions)
- Residential property development
The solutions provided under the SOLADRIVE banner offer fully funded, no CAPEX options for both retrofitting existing buildings, properties and operational sites, and also for greenfield projects.
Hydrodrive, a division within Soladrive, aims to provide high energy users with up to 24/7 off grid energy solutions incorporating PEM electrolysers to produce hydrogen from excess solar farm electrons which in turn is used to drive turbines for electricity to end applications/operations.
The alliance’s mission is to:
- Accelerate the uptake of renewably sourced energy solutions by removing cashflow and CAPEX inhibitors
- Accelerate the uptake of EVs within the commercial market and across company vehicle fleets
- Assist in the rapid expansion of the EV charging station network
- Introduce hydrogen fuelled vehicles and refuelling capabilities to a range of operational settings
- Lower current energy costs by at least 20% and maintain sustainable low pricing for the life of the solution (up to 30 years)
- Lower OPEX costs by as much as 50% for both existing operations and for greenfield projects
If the first month of the alliance is anything to go buy, the market’s response so far points to a very busy year ahead.
