Periurban Property has signed an agency agreement with a US based waste technology company to bring to Australia and other domains an exciting game changer in waste to recycling.
The service technology is based on the integration of industrial multiphase microwave reactors, with both thermal and non-thermal microwave plasma reactors. The system is self-powered using a gas turbine generator with a microwave plasma reactor processing exhaust gasses for a zero-emissions, zero-waste process.
In some settings, the plant can be powered by a renewable energy source (solar farm + battery) and the bio-fuels produced captured and offered as an add value energy stream.
The services are designed to augment current waste management processes and are perfect for eliminating contaminated recycling, waste byproducts from incineration, landfill overfills, and landfill mining.
With this technology, there is no need for sorting, combustion of waste, or emissions from processing. This system can handle any type of waste, including large package formats, bales, whole tires, and sludge.
One of the key benefits of the service is that it is 100% circular. The process diverts 100% of the waste from landfills and recycles 100% of the materials!
This system is also 2-3X more efficient than any other method, and requires no external power or water. This makes this service the lowest cost to operate, whilst providing superior outcomes for the environment.

All solutions are offered CAPEX free under a long term Waste to Recycling Service Agreement. With annual carbon and environmental credits in many cases the service fees are rebated in full.
